Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Lead to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Bilingual Customer Service Lead will lead a team of customer service representatives and liaise between the company's current and potential customers to resolve issues, complaints, and inquiries.

Pay Rate: $22.00-$30.00/hour

Bilingual Customer Service Lead: Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives. Focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer issues and escalations promptly, seeking resolutions that align with the company's policies and customer-centric values. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for customer service representatives to improve their skills and knowledge. Foster clear and effective communication within the customer service team and with other departments. Bilingual Customer Service Lead Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work long hours and on weekends. Must be comfortable facing clients in person and over the phone. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Adaptable and flexible team player willing to go the extra mile. Computer proficiency. Bilingual Customer Service Lead Education and Experience: A High School Diploma is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. 3+ years in a customer support/call center role with at least one year of mentoring or managing employees. Proven success at meeting or exceeding quotas.
