Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This position is responsible for coordinating quality clinical documentation in a treatment team, evaluating and monitoring patient medical and mental stability.

Position Requirements: Graduate from a state approved school of nursing Licensed LPN in the state of Georgia BLS CPI
