Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a Bachelors degree to join our team and support children in achieving meaningful progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with children with autism and a strong interest in advancing in the field of behavior analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Use evidence-based behavior interventions to teach communication, social, and life skills
  • Accurately collect data and document client progress during each session
  • Participate in team meetings and supervision to enhance skills and maintain best practices
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (Required)
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB (or willingness to obtain before starting)
  • Strong data collection and behavioral intervention skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must pass a background check, TB test, and fingerprinting
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
