We’re seeking a skilled Behavior Technician with prior ABA, special education, or pediatric therapy experience to join our dedicated Durham team. In this role, you’ll work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans that foster measurable growth in communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in a clinic-based setting
Implement treatment goals developed by a BCBA, ensuring fidelity to each child’s individualized plan
Track, record, and report detailed session data to measure progress and inform clinical adjustments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing professional insight and feedback
Maintain a positive, engaging environment that supports each child’s unique learning style

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, RBT, or in a similar role supporting children with autism or developmental differences
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred; must be willing to maintain certification if hired without one
Strong data collection and documentation skills
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
