Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reviews event function need s to ensure appropriate service s and product s are available Sets up event space in accordance with specifications Breaks down and stores furniture, linens, and equipment after events The ability to lift and or carry 50-70 pounds Responds to feedback from guests and team members regarding space presentation and adjustments needed Assists in resolving any issues related to event service s Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members Assists in ordering, receiving, storing and inventory of all set up related products Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
