In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues within a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality standards of our well-respected organization. Working with Hendrick Automotive Group will give you the opportunity to work with a vast selection of vehicle makes and models, helping advance your technical skills in the automotive industry. Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc., to specification Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made Maintain an organized and neat shop area Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work Communicate with service advisors about vehicle statuses, and ensure that vehicles will be ready for customer pick up Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance Proficiency with electronic testing equipment Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
