Your Mission
As our Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our expert technicians. This isn't just about taking orders you'll be a trusted advisor who genuinely cares about getting people back on the road safely and affordably. Every day brings new challenges, and we need someone who sees those challenges as opportunities to grow.
What You'll Do:
Customer Champion
Welcome each customer with genuine care and attention, gathering detailed information about their vehicle concerns
Translate technical issues into clear, honest explanations that customers can understand
Provide accurate estimates and guide customers through repair options with integrity
Process Master
Create detailed, accurate work orders that set our technicians up for success
Coordinate seamlessly between customers and technicians, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Track repair progress and proactively communicate updates to keep customers informed
Growth Catalyst
Identify additional service opportunities based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle needs
Maintain meticulous records and continuously improve our processes
Take ownership of customer satisfaction from hello to goodbye
What We're Looking For
The Right Experience
Background as a service writer, service advisor, or similar role in automotive repair or dealership environment
Solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs (ASE certification is valued but not required)
Valid driver's license
