As a Service Advisor, you’ll manage the end-to-end customer experience and ensure efficient, accurate service delivery:  
  • Create repair orders and detailed quotes using computerized systems.  
  • Source and order automotive parts independently (we don’t have a parts department).  
  • Offer the best repair solutions for our guests’ vehicles, ensuring the information is easy to  understand and tailored to their needs.  
  • Consistently sell our services while maintaining honesty and integrity, ensuring customers  always feel confident in their decisions. 
  • Foster a supportive, upbeat environment that encourages teamwork and a positive  atmosphere at all times.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Experienced: 2+ years as an Automotive Service Advisor or Dealership Parts Advisor (with  strong skills in sourcing parts and estimating labor times), Automotive Technician, or  Automotive Claims Adjuster.  
  • Customer-Focused: A motivated, energetic team player who excels in communication and  relationship-building.  
  • Skilled: Proficient with automotive repair techniques, computer systems, and problem solving.  
  • Willing to Learn: Open to expanding knowledge and staying current with industry trends,  while embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.  
  • Engaged & Motivated: A proactive and dedicated individual who takes initiative, stays  focused, and is passionate about contributing to a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED  
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.  
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic  
  • Ability to pass a background check  
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Active ASE certifications  
  • Bilingual communication skills  
  • Experience with ALLDATA and Tekmetric software  
  • Weekend and/or evening availability
