Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Associates to join our team here at Shively Motors of Chambersburg. You will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, facilitating test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales while insuring a positive customer experience and meeting sales targets. You will need excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and strong customer service skills with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they come into the store and provide them with customer service • Educate customers on the features of cars and services they are interested in • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction • Track and organize customer information and data • Manage high volume of customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Prior sales experience in any field • Strong customer service skills • Excellent communication skills • Computer proficient • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
