Job Title:Automotive Master Technician / A-TechnicianLocation:  5262 Fleetwood Circle, Winston-Salem, NC 27106Job Overview:This is a rapidly growing brand in a one year old state-of-the-art facility.We are looking for Technicians / Mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.  If you like to complain, this is not the job for you.  The Technicians / Mechanics we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a focus on doing what’s right for our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehiclesContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the advisors to effectively communicate customer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications Qualifications: Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanicCapable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehiclesMeet or exceed hourly goalsAptitude for learning additional skills and processesProfessional appearance and strong communicationA desire for long-term career developmentPhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
