About the Role We’re searching for a Top-Level Technician with the skills and experience to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently. This is not an entry-level position. You’ll excel in this role if you: Can interpret scan tool data and workshop manuals to diagnose problems accurately. Consistently meet or beat book times on repairs. Are a problem-solver who thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Great pay : Competitive hourly rate plus performance bonuses, make more than listed in the ad. Work-life balance : 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM— You work 199 days a year! What We Need From You: We’re looking for a skilled professional who: Has 8+ years of automotive experience . Holds a valid driver’s license, inspection, and emissions license. Is comfortable with technology like digital work orders and inspections on an iPad. Has deep knowledge of parts, tools, and repair techniques. Is skilled at using scan tools for proper diagnostics.
