In this full-time, in-office role, you'll be expected to hit the ground running, taking ownership of cases from intake through trial. Trial experience isn't required, but courtroom readiness and initiative are. This position is ideal for a young litigator who's looking to gain early exposure to all facets of litigation—client contact, depositions, motion practice, strategy sessions, and trial prep—all while working side-by-side with seasoned trial attorneys.
What You'll Do: Manage a docket of litigation matters from inception through trial Conduct client interviews and investigations Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice Represent clients in court and participate in hearings and settlement negotiations Collaborate in strategy meetings and contribute to trial preparation Maintain detailed case documentation
What They're Looking For: 1–3 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred) Strong interest in transitioning to plaintiff-side contingency litigation California Bar admission in good standing Self-starter with courtroom poise and a passion for advocacy Willingness to work fully in the office and attend court regularly
