Trial experience preferred; Florida Bar admission (in good standing) required. Responsibilities: Manage cases from inception through trial. Conduct legal research and analysis. Provide oral advocacy in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related documents. Qualifications: 5+ years in a defense firm (trial experience preferred). Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. Federal court experience a plus.
