Estimated On-Target Earnings Range after Ramp-Up: $300k-$750k+

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth for SayvaManaged Services by targeting small to mid-size businesses that benefit from fractional Finance, Accounting, and HR support.
Develop and nurture relationships with key referral partners who are trusted advisors to our ideal clients.
Collaborate with our leadership team on marketing campaign execution and messaging that resonates with our target market.
Partner with our service delivery team to ensure smooth handoffs, strong client onboarding, and high satisfaction.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine Sayva’s positioning, messaging, and service offerings based on market feedback and evolving client needs.
Contribute to the culture and values of the organization by leading through example and elevating the performance of the team.
Deliver consistently against sales metrics including qualified leads generated, pipeline value, and closed revenue.
Build trust and rapport with small and mid-size business decision-makers, positioning Sayva as a long-term partner.
Use the CRM (HubSpot) and other tools to manage activity, pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
Contribute to the evolution of our go-to-market strategy as we expand the Managed Services footprint.
What Success Looks Like After 12 Months:
You’ve exceeded your new business and revenue targets for Managed Services.
You’ve built a healthy, predictable pipeline through proactive outreach and referral relationships.
You’ve helped multiple SMB clients streamline their operations and prepare for scale.
You’re viewed internally as a trusted, values-driven leader and externally as a credible, consultative partner.
You’ve helped position Sayva as the go-to provider for outsourced operational support for growth-minded businesses.
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years of recent experience in professional services.
Recent experience developing relationships with C-level contacts and SMB referral partners.
History of excellence with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
