Associate Integrated Producer This role is open to applicants in Atlanta, Chicago, and St. Louis.
What Are We Looking For
An associate integrated producer is responsible for the creative logistics and production of our technology led projects created for use across a number of channels sponsorships, events, retail, web, and advertising. The associate integrated producer serves as the support to more senior producers in completing the work to a successful completion for all parties both internally and externally working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in the spirit of best-in-class storytelling.
Heres What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
Work with more senior producers responsible for the production of projects. Such projects include but are not limited to: web sites, promotional web sites (sweepstakes, contests), online media, mobile apps, digital out of home, event applications, platform configuration, motion graphics and product development
Lead internal teams through the production process with strong communication between creatives, strategy, account services, the compliance team and vendors
Work in partnership with the technology team to define the technical approach
Help define the Project Scope: goals, deliverables, budget and schedule
Track project process and communicate with weekly status updates
Learn about and from the best vendor partners in the industry and present them to more senior producers, creative teams, and leadership
Individual will be point of contact and will act as a 'the owner' (person most knowledgeable of the project deliverables) for all internal teams
Integrate with other producers on events, physical build, and video
Be passionate about delivering the best, most talked about, creative on time and in budget

Heres What Were Looking For (Qualifications & Requirements)
1+ years integrated production experience and/or 2+ years in agency work
General understanding of the creative process
General understanding of production, best practices and best in class partners
General understanding of UX and architecture
Demonstrated conceptual and strategic thinker
Proven success in remaining abreast of current digital technology and how this technology applies to a client's business
Results focus with ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment
Skilled navigator of matrix organizational structure
Ability to work with multiple teams and functional areas, agency-wide, on multiple projects i.e. a real team player
Comfort with platforms both for internal project management as well as client activations/ projects
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Individual must bring calm to a project not panic
Enthusiastic for digital and integrated projects, and excited to apply to new projects
Willing and enthusiastic to work and learn with more senior producers
