Job Details
What You’ll Do: ?? Handle litigation from intake through trial — pleadings, motions, depositions & court appearances ?? Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations & settlement conferences ??? Draft legal documents & strategize strong case defenses ?? Communicate clearly with clients, carriers & opposing counsel ?? Collaborate with partners & senior attorneys to drive results
What We’re Looking For: ?? J.D. from an accredited law school ? Licensed & in good standing to practice law in Florida ?? 2–8 years’ experience in general liability, professional liability, or civil litigation ?? Strong legal research, writing & communication skills ?? Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
