Qualifications Experience in a Litigation Practice (1-4 years) Work Place Injury and Personal Injury Defense Experience Research and Negotiation skills Drafting Pleadings, Client Reports and Evaluations Deposition (Expert and Lay Witness) Experience Trial or Arbitration Experience a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar license
