## Job Summary

Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying. We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, and will have at least one year of experience handling cases in the Municipal Courts of New Jersey, as well as Family Law matters in the New Jersey Superior Court. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

## Responsibilities - Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Represent clients in court proceedings and litigation - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients - Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters

## Requirements - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey - Proficiency in Lexis-Nexis or similar legal research tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
