Position Job Responsibilities: Implement the HQ Visual Merchandising guidelines to South Asia stores Conduct regular store visit. Work with the in-store VM ambassadors to maintain day to day in-store display and visual content, in accordance with the guidelines Ensure styling guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores. Provide recommendations to store teams for continuous improvement. Plan and roll-out of all product rotations according to the VM calendar in partnership with store management team Set out clear guidelines and provide training to shop staff to ensure smooth changeovers Provide guidance and regular training for retail team in special projects including window displays, in-store highlights and events Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising, Retail and Marketing on monthly floorset, new product launch, new store opening set up and special projects Support setup of local and regional events and marketing initiatives Requirements: University graduate in visual merchandising or relevant discipline At least 5 years’ experience in fashion industry, with solid experience in retail visual merchandising Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges Creativity with interest in fashion, design and art Well organized, good time management, positive and can work independently Strong attention to detail and visual eye for styling and display composition Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
