Arch Re Facultative –Assistant Underwriters support production staff (Branch Managers and Underwriting Directors — “the underwriters”) department-wide in the underwriting and administration of Property Facultative transactions, provides exceptional service to our Direct/Broker clients and to our Property Facultative Underwriting team. Responsibilities: Support to Underwriters will include:

Preliminary account analysis Risk interpretation and input into department systems Information-gathering and organization to facilitate the underwriters’ analysis Providing underwriters a concise overview of the account and assumptions made in the preliminary analysis Providing timely and accurate Quote, Binder and Certificate contract drafts Review client policies to verify accuracy of reinsurance certificates Education and Experience: Strong communication skills with attention to detail Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously Works independently and as part of a team Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Bachelor's degree in related field #LI-JD1 #LI-Hybrid For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $55,300 - $80,000/Year Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
