CosmoProf Job Title: Assistant Manager Essential Functions Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates, ensuring optimal customer experiences, overseeing store operations, and maintaining brand standards. They develop strategies to meet performance and financial targets through analysis, planning, communication, and accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and handle primary duties when the Store Manager is absent. Your Role at CosmoProf Supervise and support associates to deliver excellent customer service, maximize sales, and foster customer loyalty, focusing on both in-store and Omni-channel sales. Ensure brand standards are met, resolve customer issues, and anticipate customer needs. Engage, train, and develop team members, recruit proactively, identify strengths and opportunities, and maintain positive relations. Communicate regularly with management and promote diversity and inclusion. Ensure all company processes are followed, including digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, store opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company directives. Maintain a safe store environment, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety and inventory policies.
