Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: In this position, you will assist in managing the operations of a single store. Your responsibilities include hiring, supervising, and directing team members to reach financial objectives while providing exceptional guest experiences. You will have a significant impact on the store's success, and we will equip you with a comprehensive 3+ weeks of leadership training to ensure you are prepared. Employees are expected to stand for extended periods and may need to lift up to 50 lbs. Successful candidates should be able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and handle conflicts with ease.
