Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability. Support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and assume primary duties when the Store Manager is absent. Job Description Cosmo Prof Job Title: Assistant Manager Primary Duties 30% Brand: Supervise and support associates' daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met, including merchandising, POGs, marketing, and dress code. Address customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate demands. 30% People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve positive results. Recruit actively and identify strengths and opportunities for associates, providing coaching or counseling as needed. Maintain positive relations, resolve concerns, and foster diversity and inclusion. 30% Operations: Ensure execution of company processes through training, management, and analysis. Support digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, and store opening/closing procedures, and follow directives and projects timely and accurately. 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe environment, enforce policies, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety and HAZMAT training.
