Full-Time Location: Los Angeles County / San Fernando Valley Reports to: Owner / General Contractor

As we expand, we're looking for a dependable and capable #2 in the field someone who thrives on-site, works well with subs and clients, and is ready to step into a leadership role. This position is perfect for a hands-on builder or junior supervisor with a solid understanding of residential construction whos looking to grow with a company that values initiative and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do Support day-to-day field supervision and quality control Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and permit documents Coordinate and manage subcontractors (framing, MEPs, etc.) Perform material takeoffs and occasional pickups Conduct job walks with the owner and clients Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized job sites Track progress, update timelines, and report issues Troubleshoot field challenges with practical solutions Ensure all work meets plans, code, and specifications Assist across multiple active jobs

What You Bring 3+ years of residential construction experience (hands-on or supervisory) Familiarity with framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC coordination Strong attention to detail and excellent organization Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic tools and a smartphone Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on active sites A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Bonus If You Have: Experience with permitting or inspections OSHA or other safety certifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Comfortable using digital tools (or eager to learn)
