What You’ll Enjoy: Starting pay : $14.00/hour Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays) Weekly pay Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Supportive and stable work environment

Key Responsibilities: Assemble precut wooden components into cable reels Use hand tools, measuring tape, and rulers for precise construction Weigh, tag, and mark completed reels Apply grease for waterproofing Conduct quality checks to meet production standards Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications: Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting Ability to follow written and verbal assembly instructions
