EverLine Coatings and Services of the Lowcountry is seeking a hands-on, detail-focused Asphalt/Concrete Crew Supervisor to oversee a small team performing high-quality pavement maintenance work. This is an opportunity for a reliable, solution-oriented individual who thrives in outdoor, labor-intensive environments and is ready to grow into a leadership role. You'll be responsible for executing and managing daily field operations while mentoring 2-3 crew members and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities-
Lead a 2-3 person crew to complete pavement maintenance jobs including line painting, seal coating, crack filling, and power washing.-
Read and interpret scope of work and project requirements to guide daily execution.-
Operate and maintain small equipment and tools; train team members on safe, proper use.-
Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all jobsite protocols.-
Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and keep daily job status updates.-
Maintain a high level of detail and quality on each project.-
Troubleshoot problems with a common-sense, solutions-based approach.-
Foster a productive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications-
Minimum 2 years of experience leading small crews in construction or other labor-intensive roles.-
High school diploma or GED required.-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to teach and mentor others in a hands-on environment.-
Comfortable reading job scopes and planning for day-to-day execution.-
Ability to learn and master technical tasks and small equipment.-
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.-
Positive, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing project needs.-
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.-
Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform active labor for extended periods.-

Schedule-
Full-Time: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and night work.-
Some overnight travel is required (less than 2 nights per month).-
We prioritize giving every employee 2 days off per week when possible.

Service area from Charleston to Savannah.-
Field-based role; regional travel required for project work.-
All travel will be done in company vehicles.
