Baumgartner & Co., an asphalt paving company is seeking an *experienced full-time asphalt equipment operator and laborer* with a CDL for our growing asphalt company. This position works Monday-Friday and Saturdays during peak season.

*Asphalt Equipment Operators and Laborers* assist in the paving of *asphalt* on roads, pathways, and parking lots.

*Ideal Candidates for this position have:*

* Proven work experience as an Asphalt Equipment Operator and Laborer preferred. * Knowledge of road and traffic regulations. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Ability to work for long hours in all weather conditions. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Excellent communication and observation skills. * Valid driver's license preferred

*Responsibilities*

* Operate heavy equipment such as asphalt pavers and concrete mixers to ensure efficient paving and construction processes. . * Perform loader and excavator operations as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report progress. * Maintain a valid driver's license for operating commercial vehicles as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
