Area Director Caf Operations

We have an immediate opening for a multi-unit operator to oversee several caf operations. The position is based in the Arlington, Virginia area. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years first tier experience as a multi-unit operator and grown from successful General Manager operations. Backgrounds in the caf/counter/breakfast-lunch segment or quick casual concepts will be a great match for this role. Strong people development skills coupled with excellent P&L ability, sales growth through a passion for guest experience are required.<BR>The role comes with an excellent salary in the $80K range, bonus, full benefits and the opportunity to grow to a higher level.
