Position Location: This position will require on-site work at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location. Your Responsibilities Provide expert support to developers regarding their submitted apps, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Implement creative solutions to diverse developer inquiries. Communicate effectively with developers through email and chat to resolve issues. De-escalate and calmly address any developer concerns. Simplify complex issues into clear, concise summaries for effective communication. Conduct thorough research with a keen attention to detail. Exhibit advanced comprehension in communications and proofread documents for publication quality. Maintain, review, and curate essential data. Tackle multiple tasks and make informed decisions swiftly. Master the policies of the Play Store while demonstrating empathy toward developers. We're Looking For Fearless Individuals This position requires 100% on-site work in our Port Saint Lucie, FL location. BA/BS degree or 2 years of relevant experience. Strong written communication skills along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge or experience with Google Developer Platforms (such as Play Store, Chrome Web Store, etc.). Familiarity with Google Suite. Understanding of technical terminology (APIs, APK, ARM, and more). Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S. Typing speed of 25 wpm and comfort with desktop systems. Preferred Qualifications Consistent work history. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
