The Automated Pouching Operations Line Mechanic/Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting pouching machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role involves performing routine maintenance, addressing mechanical issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards compliance. This is a 3rd shift position with the hours of 11:00pm-7:30am, Monday-Friday. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor pouching machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pouching machines to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize production interruptions Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality specifications. Conduct periodic checks and implement corrective actions as necessary Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine performance, maintenance tasks, and quality control data Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
