Your Responsibilities : In this role, you will: Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions while maintaining detailed records. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests. Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development relevant to patient care. Promote hospital customer service initiatives. Utilize nursing processes to tailor individual care plans. Exhibit proficiency in technical skills and procedures. Qualifications : Current RN licensure in Tennessee or a compact state. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Administration Provider Card within 6 months for RNs with oncology experience, or 12 months if no experience. Preferred: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Bone Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse. BSN preferred.
