* Flexible Scheduling

* Call required

* Staffing Model: 7 MDs, 11 CRNAs

* Most cases are medically directed

* Cases Mix: General, cardiac, GYN, eyes, craniotomies, ENT

* Must be comfortable with OB

* * 1600 Deliveries a Year; 70% Epidurals, 25% C-Section (includes VBACS)

Requirements:

* Certification: BC/BE ABA

* License: Active WI license/DEA
