Overview: St. Mary s Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our expanding surgical team. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties. Position Highlights:
* Full-time, hospital-employed role with competitive compensation. * Diverse caseload covering general, orthopedic, and obstetric surgery. * Supportive anesthesia team including CRNAs and fellow physicians. * State-of-the-art operating rooms with advanced technology and monitoring systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Base Salary - $575,000 and up (commensurate with experience) * Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and performance incentives. * Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plans with employer contributions * Relocation assistance and CME allowance * Potential eligibility for loan repayment programs due to our HPSA designation
