THUNDER | JOB DESCRIPTION CONTRACT ONLY : Amazon Connect + Service Cloud Voice Specialist (Salesforce) Location : United States or Canada - Fully remote! Summary Thunder is seeking an experienced Contractor to support current and future Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice projects. Our Solution Architects act as a liaison between clients and the Thunder team, leading configuration efforts and collaborating closely with the client engagement team. They support user story definition, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to enable top-tier Salesforce business outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction with Salesforce. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds, especially Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, to optimize existing Salesforce applications and implement new solutions. Your Responsibilities Participate in client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and training Evaluate business processes and identify enhancement opportunities Translate requirements into functional specifications and process documents Develop user stories and process diagrams for Salesforce solutions Configure Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud technologies based on user stories Coordinate technical work with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring solutions meet requirements Ensure quality in deliverables Required Qualifications 2-4+ years of consulting experience within Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems At least 2 years of hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Ability to build credibility with key client decision-makers Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Experience translating business goals into product solutions with measurable outcomes Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including user stories, Scrum, backlog management Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation Highly preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Voice, AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Developer Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant Note: This role is for contractors only, not full-time employment.
