Integr8staff is seeking a talented Airline Cargo Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Hawthorne, CA , conveniently located near LAX. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch for a fleet of truck drivers handling import/export, FLT, and LTL deliveries.
Monitor driver activities via phone, dispatch systems, and GPS tracking tools.
Track equipment usage and collaborate with management to address additional needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cargo airline locations, operating hours, check-in procedures, and appointment schedules.
Manage import/export airline dispatches and local deliveries across multiple clients.
Utilize electronic dispatch systems to assign workloads, track progress, and complete billing tasks.
Upload proof-of-delivery (POD) documents to the company portal for customer access.
Monitor and maintain compliance with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure driver adherence to U.S. DOT regulations , including Hours of Service.
Coordinate with mechanics to schedule truck maintenance and repairs as needed.
Provide timely updates to customers about shipment statuses via email, phone, text, or system updates.
Investigate and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
Verify billing information and report account changes to management.
Qualifications and Skills
A high school diploma or GED (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in airline cargo dispatching.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
The ability to make sound decisions based on experience and judgment.
Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to attendance.
