Job Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Malvern, PA Duration: Months Roles and Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning (SCT), Estimation Sessions, Demos, Retrospectives, and other cadence meetings Lead and support the assigned sprint team, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement Participate in Scrum of Scrums to communicate progress, impediments, and cross-team dependencies Collaborate with Product Owners to review and refine the product backlog and user stories Assess Agile training needs, develop training plans, and deliver sessions on Agile principles and practices Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage product managers and senior stakeholders effectively Analytical mindset with the ability to elicit detailed requirements and present complex scenarios clearly to diverse audiences Proven experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework. Familiarity with Kanban methodology is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration platforms (Skype, Teams) Technologically curious with a creative approach to applying tech solutions to business challenges
