Advancement Student Technician - Institutional  Student Worker

Job Summary
The UNG Division of University Advancement is currently accepting applications for a part-time student worker within the Advancement Development Department with Athletics on the Dahlonega campus. University Advancement engages with alumni, donors, and friends of the university to raise charitable donations to support the mission of UNG. This position will have the opportunity to learn more about fundraising, membership processes, athletic support systems, donor relations, etc.
Responsibilities
Assist with the operations of the NG Athletic Fund and the Nighthawk Annual Fund membership process. Assist with general office services such as data entry, organizing, donor communication, mailings. Provide support with various fundraising and athletic events as needed. Assist in analyzing data and game planning processed to increase membership and donor numbers. Assist in donor relations through calls, text, emails, or in person communication. Support NG Athletic Fund event operations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must have attention to detail and confidentiality to data is critical. Knowledge of computer hardware & software. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and/or database software. Good communication skills.
Required Qualifications
Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
