Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with advanced electrical systems
Program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Build and install electrical control packages
Install, troubleshoot, and repair networking systems
Fix and maintain production equipment
Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Utilize MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) systems effectively
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Document daily work in both written form and maintenance management systems
Manage inventory parts effectively for equipment repairs
Identify operational issues and suggest improvements
Required Qualifications
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Minimum age of 18 years
Must be able to read and write in the prevalent language used for technical literature at the facility
Knowledge of hand and power tools with the ability to select appropriate tools for specific tasks
Willingness to participate in HAZMAT responsibilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with fellow technicians
Education in or willingness to complete courses in relevant technical fields such as Fluid Power Fundamentals and Control Systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial maintenance
Two-year degree related to the maintenance field
