In this role you will provide an array of services to a caseload of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring addiction disorders. Services provided range from individual therapy, group therapy and case management. Services are delivered in the office and in the community (as needed.) This role may provide specialty services, such as residential case management and intensive services, and outreach and engagement services. Mental health services are co-located with Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Primary Care and Dental. In this position, you will be working independently and as part of an integrated team. This position may provide specialized services depending on area of assignment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe following minimum qualifications are REQUIRED for this position:QMHP - Health Care Professional 2 level (HCP42):Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field; ANDOne year of health experience providing mental health services; ANDMust be registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) or be able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire. QMHP - Health Care Professional 3 level (HCP43):Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field; ANDTwo years of health experience providing mental health services; ANDPsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent licensure.A Master's degree is required with the exception of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Occupational Therapy.
