Responsibilities

Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth or in‑person.

Maintain accurate and insurance‑compliant clinical notes using AI‑generated templates.

Prepare clients for each session by clarifying goals and focus areas; track progress toward goals; create and align treatment plans.

Engage and support clients between sessions through client‑friendly summaries, goal tracking, and AI‑guided reflections.

Coordinate with a dedicated account manager and the SonderMind team to optimize practice growth, referrals, and client matching.

Use AI tools (Notes, Session Takeaways, Prep, Goal Setting, Treatment Plan, Reflections) to eliminate administrative tasks and keep clients engaged.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW‑C, LISW, or LP).
