This position consists of advanced secretarial and related clerical work for the Division Chief in the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Fire Prevention Division. Employee In this class will perform a variety of complex secretarial and clerical duties for Division Chief. Emphasis of the work is on the performance of advanced secretarial duties requiring considerable knowledge of the executive's responsibilities and an understanding of the policies, programs, procedures, and regulations in effect in the area of assignment.
