A growing Southern Oregon company is seeking a reliable, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Operations Specialist to join their team. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll take charge of keeping daily operations on track, solving problems quickly, and supporting a busy team in reaching their goals. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, takes ownership of tasks, and can shift gears without missing a beat—whether it’s handling urgent requests, setting up for an event, or making sure the office is fully stocked and ready for action. Key Responsibilities Open and close the office daily, ensuring the workspace is ready and security protocols are followed.
Be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, directing them efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including scheduling appointments, gathering required documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Track and manage office supply inventory, ordering and restocking as needed; occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs.
Prepare and set up meeting rooms, trainings, and events—manage equipment, seating, and clean-up.
Assist multiple departments with operational and project-based support.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day challenges independently, keeping priorities on track.
Qualifications 1+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or office support roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems or processes.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $20–$22/hour
