The Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas: Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support or special projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting. MDOT permit processing. Processing of Gas Distribution site checks. Processing permit requests for various municipalities. Submission of Miss Dig Tickets. Verbal and written customer communication / coordination for Gas Distribution work. SKILLS PREFERED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: SAP Front/Back Office Plotter and Scanner operation (preferred)
