Administrative Assistant Potomac Falls, VA Pay From: $20 per hour MUST: Experienced Administrative Assistant 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Must be proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Must have previous experience using a database work order system Excellent telephone communication skills Excellent writing skills and use of email Excellent organizational and prioritization ability Process deposits received Maintain list of visiting guest and customers In-person greeting skills Manage department calendar Experience or ability to learn Customer Relations Management software preferred Ability to work independently DUTIES: Make daily bank deposits - sort checks, accordingly, ensuring they are recorded to correct account and are accurately calculated Ensure back up for the deposits goes to the correct technician for processing Mail- sort and distribute to the correct location Maintain safety bulletin board Create monthly Safety Bingo flyers Selling lunch, movie and Kings Dominion tickets Maintain supplies for the Business Office ordering and storing of supplies Balance meal tickets daily & Record on Monthly Spreadsheet Prepare Compass Club Deposits Prepare copies of invoices for Fixed Assets and Capital Exp binders Assist A/P in keying invoices for check runs. Prepare spreadsheets as directed Copy, Fax, Scan, Laminate, Bind as needed Prepare 1099s as directed Book Tax appointments Benevolent Account Deposits & Letters Priority Deposits and Check Refunds- requests received from Marketing Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
