Preferred :Healthcare experience highly preferred Job Description: A reputable Boston hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our surgical team, including a Surgeon and Nurse Practitioner. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficient coordination of clinical schedules, and supporting patient care operations in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage outpatient clinic scheduling for patients Handle surgical scheduling, ensuring timely communication with patients, providers, and surgical teams Manage complex calendars for the Surgeon and Nurse Practitioner, including appointments, meetings, and follow-ups Answer and triage incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy Provide general administrative support to the care team, including document preparation, correspondence, and records management Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication
