As an Administration Coordinator with the Medical Benefits team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager relating to the function of medical services for a smooth and efficient day to day running of the department. In this role, you will: Liaise and co-ordinate with the HR Shared Services team with regards to onboarding and Medical Benefits eligibility for employees and their dependant, where applicable Respond and communicate effectively to queries from various internal and external stakeholders with regards to the current medical benefits policy. The information requires recording and proper dissemination of information to provide an acceptable service level in line with the published terms and conditions and contractual operating procedures Administer online databases in line with published terms and respective data privacy regulations. Review all medical reports, referrals and treatment plans to check if covered as per the policy terms and conditions. Responsible for the provision of accurate approval authorisations and guidance to our contracted medical providers. Communicate with members and providers in relation to pre-approval status and terms. Manage emergency telephone approvals and responsible for confirming cover based on individual's medical history, medical reports and treatment plans. Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements: Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery. 4+ years relevant work experience in a clinical or medical insurance field. You will have an edge if you have: Experience in Medical claims processing and pre-approval. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
