Our client, a well established 50 year old manufacturing company, is seeking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their accounting team!

*Salary range 55k-60k, this is a fully onsite position*

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

entering invoices

processing vendors and answering questions

coding of invoices and three way matching to purchase orders and packing slips

managing check runs

reconciliation of vendor statements

Profile of background needed for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

3+ years of accounts payable experience

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

experience with purchase orders and three way matching is a plus
