About Us: High Quality Distribution is a premier distributor in the USA, managing popular brands like Dummy Vapes, Cookies, and others. Located in Miami, we focus exclusively on the U.S. market and are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team on a daily, in-office basis. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with experience in domestic accounting who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations for U.S.-based transactions Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with U.S. accounting standards Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification (preferred but not required) Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S.-based accounting, ideally in distribution or retail Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of U.S. tax regulations Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach Benefits:
