This is a full-time position with the possibility of some remote work once all training and licensing requirements have been met. Responsibilities:
Efficiently communicate with customers to meet their needs while promoting business development.
Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and/or Life/Health License
Experience in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Compensation:
Base salary with the potential to earn uncapped commission
