Change Craft is growing quickly with a current roster of clients including some of Californias leading public health and advocacy organizations.The JobThe Account Coordinator will support the client services team in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity to grow within a communications agency environment, making a tangible impact on diverse projects and clients.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination:Assist in planning and executing client projects from inception to completion.Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.Maintain and update project budgets, ensuring all projects remain on budget.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Manage daily and weekly reports of active tasks managers to track deliverables.Client Communication:Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication in both written and oral forms.Prepare and deliver regular status updates to clients.Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.Develop and deliver agendas prior to client meetings and coordinate agenda preparation with clients and internal teams to align agenda with timeline and task manager. Take detailed notes during all client meetings and conversations then follow-up with minutes and action items in a timely manner to communicate to clients and internal teams.Write client reports with light design responsibilities using tools such as Canva. Administrative Support:Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up materials.Manage project documentation and ensure all files are up-to-date.Maintain company file server in an organized and up-to-date manner. Support the client services team with various administrative tasks as needed.Support President and CEO with expense management, travel, and meeting bookings.Business Development Support:Support with business development activities including writing proposals, writing marketing strategies for client pitches, and participating in pitches for new business.Plan and implement marketing and business development mixers at the Change Craft headquarters to engage current clients/partners and attract new potential clients. Other Duties As AssignedBeing a team player to take on other projects or tasks as necessary to make clients, campaigns, or the Change Craft company successful within the scope of the role. Required QualificationsFluent in English for professional work. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field and 1 year of experience OR 3 years of experience in a communications, project management, or similar role.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).Preferred QualificationsConversational proficiency in Spanish or other language spoken in California (optional). Experience working in a communications agency or nonprofit organization.Familiarity with project management tools and software.Knowledge of marketing or PR principles.Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.Experience working with Zoom, Slack and other communications tools. Experience working with Mac OS devices.Professional work experience or lived experience working on communications campaigns or local engagement efforts with one or more communities served by our clients public health campaigns such as LGBTQ+, parents and children, Black/African American, Latino, Native American, Asian Pacific Islander American, or other historically marginalized community prioritized by California public health outreach. Why Join UsOpportunity for professional development and faster growth by playing a pivotal role in a growing firm with a collaborative team.Diverse and challenging projects across various industries offering invaluable experience for your professional communications career.Competitive compensation and benefits package with bonus opportunities.Flexible work environment with a hybrid balance of work-from-home and in-office days for teamwork and teambuilding. ---Location: Sacramento, CA. Status: Full-timePay Range: $22 to $28 per hourRate Level: L03Benefits: Benefits include generous health plans for medical and mental health services, dental, and vision; paid time off; and monthly cell phone reimbursement. Holidays: In addition to paid sick time off and paid vacation time off, Change Craft also offers 18 observed company holidays and civic engagement days including an annual winter break at the end of the calendar year. Travel: N/APost Date:  July 21, 2025 | Target Hiring Timeframe: 2-3 weeksChange Craft LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
